Ctrl then Ctrl It is used to Show selected text on the main screen.
Ctrl+Q Helps to Translate the selected text and show the result in a popup window.
Ctrl+Shift+Q Use this key to Show the dictionary window.
Ctrl+E Used to Listen to selected text.

Ctrl+Enter Helps with a Text translation.
Ctrl+N This key will Clear the current translation.
Ctrl+D It is used to Show a dictionary.
Ctrl+Alt+1–9 Use this key to Show selected dictionary selected 1…9th translation service.
Ctrl+H Helps to Show translation history.
Ctrl+K This key will show a virtual keyboard.
Ctrl+Tab It is used to Switch to the next translation service.
Ctrl+Shift+Tab Use this key to Switch to the previous translation service.
