List of Dropbox keyboard shortcut keys – [A Simple List]

Dropbox: Dropbox is a file hosting service with cloud storage, file sync, and client software. It was founded by MIT’s two students Drew Houston and Arash Ferdowsi in 2007. In this article,  we are going to see the List of Dropbox keyboard shortcut keys. Let’s get into the article.

Dropbox website shortcuts:

Shortcut Function
↑ ↓ It is used to Move files between files or folders.
Enter Helps to Open a file or folder.
/ Use this key to search files and folders.
Ctrl It is used to select multiple non-consecutive files, select the first item, press and hold Shift and click the last item.
Shift Helps to select multiple consecutive files, select the first item, press and hold Ctrl and click files or folders you want to select.
Ctrl+A This key will Select all files.
Esc It is used to Deselect all files.
Ctrl+C Helps to Copy selected files.
Ctrl+V Use this key to Paste selected files into the current folder.
F2 It is used to Rename the selected file.
Del Helps to Delete selected files.
Ctrl+Z This key will Undo recent move / copy / rename / delete operation.
? Used to Show keyboard shortcuts.

← → Helps to Move between files and folders, scroll left/right in the file.
↑ ↓ It is used to move to the next or previous page within a PDF/PPT file or scroll up and down within a PDF file.
Page Up/Down This key will move to the next or previous page within a PDF/PPT file.
Home Helps to Move to the first page of a PDF/PPT file.
End It is used to Move to the last page of a PDF/PPT file.
Ctrl++ Use this key to Zoom in.
Ctrl+ Helps to Zoom out.
